An appeal into a bid to build industrial units on farmland off Bickland Water Road in Falmouth will be heard on September 11 at the old Kerrier council offices in Camborne.
The planning application, by Midas, which many fear would break a development boundary and lead to housing development, has already been refused twice by Cornwall Council
