Falmouth-based law firm Hine Downing has further expanded its probate and wills department with the appointment of Autumn Rule to its legal team.
Autumn is working with Hine Downing’s private client experts on wills and probate, the administration of estates, tax planning and the court of protection. She joins the firm as a newly qualified solicitor having studied at Exeter University and worked through her legal training with Brains Solicitors in St Austell.
“As a Falmouth girl I am thrilled to be working for one of Cornwall’s top law firms in my own home town and honing my legal skills with some of the best in the business,” she said. “I find this area of client work very rewarding as we are helping people through difficult times, whether that be the loss of a loved one or planning for the future.”
Hine Downing’s senior partner Roger Stephens said: “It’s always a privilege to help the next generation of lawyers achieve their ambitions and excel in their chosen career paths. Alongside her professional credentials Autumn is a perfect fit with Hine Downing’s ethos of supporting the local community, both in her own leisure interests and with an active involvement in Falmouth’s sailing scene - one of the many local sporting pursuits the firm has sponsored for years. We are delighted to have her on board.”
