A stolen vehicle was discovered by police in Falmouth yesterday afternoon.
Officers made the discovery following reports of a suspicious vehicle near Falmouth School at 5.20pm.
Checking the vehicle, officers found that the number plates it was displaying had been reported stolen from a Volkswagen in Camborne.
The car itself was found to be taken from Wood Rise in Penryn overnight on May 8/9.
P&O Ferries has signed a contract with Aker yards to build two large car-passenger ferries for the Dover-Calais service. The price for both vessels is said to be EUR 360 million.
The weather may have let them down but the runners did organisers proud at this year’s Mawnan Fun Run.
