A young woman killed on the Helston to Falmouth road last month has been named.

Jennifer Squire, aged 26, was travelling in the Falmouth direction when her black VW Bora was involved in a collision with a Travis Perkins lorry at around 11.30am on October 8.

She was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash, which took place on the A394 between the Treliever roundabout and the recycling centre at Longdowns.

Flowers, pictured, have been placed in a nearby farm gateway in tribute to Ms Squire, who lived in Cambridgeshire but has family in Cornwall, understood to be in the Helston area.
