Latest Helston homes get green light

The latest phase of development at a large area of housing in Helston has been given the go-ahead.
Graceloft Ltd has been given conditional approval to build 32 homes on land off Pasmore Road, part of the development adjacent to the Clodgey Lane relief road.
Of these homes, 17 will be allocated for local needs and the remaining 15 sold on the open market.
Kernoweth Homes has also been given conditional approval to build three houses, at 15 to 18 Castle Green.
Other planning decisions this month include Reginald Bellenie getting conditional approval to convert a store at 75 Meneage Street into a house and to build a single-story home at the same site.
