Coastline Housing has withdrawn its application to build two homes in St Keverne.
The housing association had previously asked Cornwall Council for permission to build the homes on land adjacent to 22 Penmenner Estate.
Also withdrawn has been an application by Nathan Billings of Pool Business Park to put a 50kW solar photovoltaic array at Little Kistles, St Keverne.
Terence Coventry has had his application to retain and extend an artist’s workshop at Porthbean, Trewillis, Coverack approved with conditions.
Approval with conditions has also been given to Mr and Mrs T Angel for the change of use of a residential utility building and former barn into holiday let accommodation at Polcoverack Lane, Polcoverack, Coverack and to Nicole Mehta for extending and altering Mears Cottage at Sunny Corner, Coverack.
Mr P Wiltshire has been given an extension of time, with conditions, for a residential development at Thornhill, North Corner in Coverack.
