Mullion Football Club is celebrating the end of its 100th year with a New Year’s Eve fundraising party.
The current committee has been working hard over the last few months in a bid to turn around the fortunes of the club, which is badly in need of repairs to its roof.
For the first time in many years it is holding a party on December 31 to help raise some of the money needed.
Carolyn Norton, club secretary, said: “The club used to be ‘the place to go’ in Mullion and we want to put it back on the map.”
