An arrest warrant has been issued for a man charged with running out on a Helston bed and breakfast bill and stealing a TV.

Douglas James Robert Coppen, of Blyth in Northumberland, is said to have run up bill that he never paid before stealing the television in June last year.

The 19-year-old failed to attend court last week and a warrant has been issued for his arrest.
