Air Ambulance called to Coverack crash

The air ambulance had to be called out to a crash near Coverack on Saturday.

Crews from St Keverne, Mullion and a rescue tender from Camborne attended the single car crash near Content Farm, Coverack at 12.40pm and found a person trapped in the wreckage.

A fire service spokesman said: "On arrival, a single vehicle RTC was discovered and crews used crash rescue equipment to extricate the casualty who was then transferred to hospital by air ambulance."
