There has been a call for bigger bins on a popular Lizard Peninsula beach to cope with the amount of dog mess.
St Keverne Parish Council heard that there were bags and bins available on Coverack Beach, but these were not coping with the quantity of normal rubbish let along dog mess, during the summer months.
Councillor Robert Beadle said a dog was messing in the middle of the sand sculpture competition on the beach.
Councillors asked for the dog warden to visit more regularly and more/bigger bins.
