A man who was due to appear in court to face allegations of sheep worrying in Porthleven failed to turn up.
Rory Alistair McKechnie, from Bathampton, Bath, had been expected to appear before Truro magistrates to answer an allegation that he owned dogs that worried sheep and lambs on agricultural land at Methleigh Farm, Porthleven.
The alleged offence was said to be take place on April 28 involving his dogs Bisha and Ubadubs.
Magistrates ordered a warrant with bail to be placed on McKechnie.
