Children and staff from Landewednack School and the adjoining Little Lizards Children's Centre at The Lizard swapped the usual grey skirt and trousers for denim jeans on Friday.
For one day only everyone was encouraged to wear their jeans for the day in recognition of national Jeans 4 Genes Day, a charity which raises awareness and vital funds for children who are born with a genetic illness.
"This is a charity which everyone at Landewednack is proud to support each year and we are delighted that our efforts have raised £91,” said a spokesperson for the school.
