Developer appeals against Mawnan homes refusal
The developer behind plans for 42 new homes on Goldmartin Field, off Sampys Hill in Mawnan Smith has lodged an appeal against Cornwall Council’s refusal of its outline application with the Government’s planning inspectorate.
