An arsonist who admitted setting fire to two tyres in Praze-an-Beeble was given a conditional discharge for 12 months.
Stephen Paul Collick, of Park Close in Nancegollan, pleaded guilty to committing arson by setting fire to tyres belonging to the Dandelion Trust on July 2, as well as using threatening or abusive words or behaviour on the same date.
The 46-year-old was ordered to pay a £15 victim surcharge.
