Car set on fire in Praa Sands
Police are investigating a car fire on Pengersick Lane, Praa Sands, in the early hours of this morning.
Firefighters from Helston were called out just before 1am after a member of the public reported they had seen a fire in a field.
A fire and rescue service spokesman said that the fire crew found a car well alight and firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used one hosereel to extinguish the flames.
Arson is suspected and the police have been informed.
