Name change for Porthleven church
Porthleven Apostolic Church is to change its name to reflect the role it feels it plays in the port.
It was announced at the service on Sunday that in future the church would be known as Porthleven Community Church.
Sarah Chaplin, joint church leader with husband Pastor Glen Chaplin, said: “This is what we feel our mandate is for Porthleven.”
New signs will be put in place very soon.
