At Truro Magistrates’ Court Liam Smith, aged 24, of Bulwark Road, Helston, pleaded guilty to criminal damage to the phone to the value of £400 belonging to Jade Carbines at Helston on December 21.
The incident was due to anger over an issue with telephone messages he sent her, and he threw her phone |to the ground and broke it.
