A Jack Russell like this one was rescued from a car
Firefighters rescued a small dog yesterday after it became stuck under the seat of a car in Porthleven.
A crew of six from Helston were called just after 11pm to help the Jack Russel which had got its leg trapped under the seat in a small car at The Gue.
A spokesperson said: "Crews managed to move the seat and without injuring the dog manipulated the animal free from under the seat."
The dog was returned unharmed to its owner.
