This is the moment a woman is caught on camera trying to barge her way past Helston Town Band as the Midday Dance made its way through the town on Flora Day.

The angry woman can be seen trying to walk in front of the crowds waiting to see the dance in Meneage Street, just as the band, and subsequently the leading set, arrive into view.

She gets caught up amongst the instruments and at one point can even be seen pushing two of the band members, first shoving an instrument mid-play and then the arm of another player, quickly followed by that of a steward.

The woman is then spoken to by another steward, who asks her to step to the side until the dance has passed by, but she continues to storm up the street, followed by a friend - only to be forced to a halt by the stream of dancers coming out of a shop.

Helston Town Band members have since taken to social media to protest about the incident.

The incident was captured on one of the webcams put up in the town by Visit Helston, to record the dance and allow those not able to be in the town for Flora Day to watch it live.

It begins at 19:16 in the bottom left hand corner of the screen.

Also captured on a different camera, in Coinagehall Street, is the moment a man in a florescent jacket walks in front of the crowd and up to the doorway of the Guildhall, just as the Morning Dance gets underway from there.

Clearly realising he can go no further, he stands amongst the Flora Day officials to what appear to be boos from the crowd.

It can be viewed from 04:28 in the top right hand corner of the screen.

Despite these two minor incidents, the day passed successfully and in good spirits, with thousands of people enjoying the spectacle that is Flora Day.
