Cury Parish Council is appealing to the public for help in tracking down who is responsible for shooting panes of glass in the village, apparently with an air gun.
The council hopes someone will come forward with information about the vandalism to property.
Parish clerk Samantha Folds said: "It would appear that an airgun has been used to shoot a pane of glass in the bus shelter adjacent to the school and a window in the changing rooms in the playing field.
"To date, the vandals have cost over £600 in repairs which will be paid for by the tax payers of Cury."
Anyone with information is asked to contact the police on 101 quoting crime reference 50894/16.
