The people of Helston bowed their heads as one on Sunday as the town came together to remember those killed in war.
Helston Town Band led a procession from the Guildhall to St Michael's Church where a Remembrance service was held, before crosses were planted at the town's war memorial by the Grylls Monument
The procession included representatives of the town council, including the mayor Gillian Geer, and Captain Dan Stembridge, the commander of Culdrose, as well as the standard bearer and members of the Royal British Legion.
Also represented at the parade were the Army Cadets and RAF Cadets, Scouts, Guides, and the fire brigade.
