A firm of solicitors in Helston brought a whole new meaning to the term 'fast food' when firefighters raced to deal with a fire in their microwave.
A crew from Helston fire station and a fire officer were called to Randle Thomas in Wendron Street just after 1.30pm today.
The building had already been evacuated of staff by the time they arrived, after smoke began filling the office.
Firefighters wearing breathing equipment entered with a hosereel jet and a fire extinguisher to put out the flames, which centre around the law firm's microwave.
Staff were then allowed back inside to continue their work this afternoon.
