Mullion man to face charges of child rape
A man from Mullion will appear on trial to face ten allegations of sex offences, including rape of a child.
Nicholas Casley, of Commons Close, appeared before magistrates in Bodmin last Thursday on seven charges of sex with a child and three further sex offence charges.
The charges relate to a time period of 2012 to 2018.
Casley, aged 59, is now next due to appear at Truro Crown Court on July 3. Magistrates remanded him in custody until that time.
