Four evenings of splurge-tastic fun have taken place in Helston, thanks to ACT1 youth theatre group's staging of Bugsy Malone at the Epworth Hall.
A firm favourite that was made famous by a film starring a young Jodie Foster, the musical included familiar songs such as Fat Sam’s Grand Slam, My Name is Tallulah and You Give a Little Love.
The famous ‘cream pie guns’ also be making an appearance.
In Helston a total of 63 children, all between the ages of five and 17, took to the stage from Wednesday until Saturday.
The title role of Bugsy Malone was played by Ashley Chinn, with Elouise Roseby as aspiring singer Blousey Brown. Emily Keevil appeared as Tallulah, while at the age of just eight Harry Charleston took on the role of speakeasy owner Fat Sam.
Rhianne Houston plays Lena Marelli, with James Houston as Fizzy.
The young cast has been rehearsing for around four months and almost every member has at least one line.
