St Martin Craft and Horticultural Show returns for 37th year

Next week will see the return of the St Martin Craft and Horticultural Show for its 37th year. Held in The Barn at Trewince Farm on Saturday, August 25 the show will be opened at 2.30pm by Nigel Pascoe.

In addition to the usual crafts, cookery, horticulture and photography on display, there will also be a raffle, ice creams, face painting, a lucky dip and a charity sales table, with all proceeds going to Great Ormond Street Hospital.

During the afternoon, music will be provided by The Cober Valley Accordion Band, with tea and cakes also served. Last year over 500 people gathered to view 1,000 entries in the show, which were produced by 100 exhibitors. Schedules for more information can be collected from Newtown Garage and Mawgan Shop.
