METHODIST CHURCH: The reader’s service on Sunday was conducted by Peter Galassini from Goldsithney with his wife Sue doing the readings. It was written by the Rev Dr Stephen B Dawes and entitled “The Real World”. Mavis Harper was the organist.
There is a change to the plan for Sunday when the preacher is Dennis Bassett from Helston and Mr Hartley Wills will be coming the following week.
PRIMARY SCHOOL: On Tuesday, July 22 at Carleen Village Hall there will be a performance of Scheherazade by pupils at 1.30pm and 6.30pm.
