VILLAGE HALL: The Tales of a Wildlife Photographer is an amusing and illustrated talk by David Chapman, and will take place on Saturday at 7.30pm , followed by refreshments. The entrance is by donation on the door and the evening is being held to raise money for Swallows. Swallows is the head and neck cancer charity and they have been a great help to David Chapman’s mother, during her recent illness.
THE VILLAGE SHOW: Please start thinking about your entries for this year’s Townshend Village Show on September 6. If you won a cup last year please return it to Helen Prudames, at the cottage opposite the Hall, in Townshend, by the end of July.
