Don’t forget to come along to support "Summer in Sithney". This is the community's first summer fete and is to be held on Saturday from 2pm until 4pm at Sithney C P School. The fete is to be opened by Councillor John Keeling.
There will be lots of stalls from many organisations within the community raising funds for their own cause. There will also be games, a raffle, children’s activities as well as a children's fancy dress competition. There will be creative scarecrows and tractor display and all this to the lovely music of the Helston Concert Band. Then when you have tried your hand at the games and browsed the stalls there will be delicious afternoon refreshments available in the marquee so you can relax with a cup of tea and cake.
So come along and meet up with old friends and maybe get to know some new ones from within the lovely community. Everyone is welcome and there is free entry and parking.
