Morning service was led by David Pascoe, who took as the theme “Don’t step back – step forward”.
He based his sermon on the story of Joseph from Genesis, and gave the congregation much food for thought for the week ahead. Margaret Bilkey played the organ.
In the evening the Rev Danny Reed invited us to hear the story of Philip and Meg Carr in the Witness Box.
Sunday is the 19th anniversary of the refurbishment of the church and all are welcome to share the celebrations. David Balme will be taking the morning service and there will be a special Songs of Praise in the evening.
