On Sunday, as we are still awaiting the surveyor to look at the roof on the upstairs landing, the service was held in the Wesley Hall for the second week running.
It was very well-attended and the Rev Danny Reed led the worship, taking as the theme ‘Trial and Temptation’. Some new hymns were sung to well-known tunes and Nigel Dower played the piano. The order of service for the communion was based on an order from the Iona Community, which was different but interesting.
The evening Service was led by Mrs S Fuller.
