METHODIST CHURCH: The Junior Church thanks everyone who joined them for Fairtrade refreshments on Sunday morning.

They learned about Foncho, a Colombian banana producer, who is visiting the UK during Fairtrade Fortnight. More information can be found at www.fairtrade.org.uk. To represent local food producers and local trades, a collage was prepared for display in the schoolroom including flowers, honey, a milk churn, fish, ice cream, and stained glass craft.

The Junior Church will lead all-age worship on Sunday at 11am, to continue with the theme of their carol service “Immanuel – God is with us” referring to the Old and New Testaments.
