CHAPEL: The chapel will be open for World War 1 Commemoration Day between 10.30am and 4pm on Monday. Thank you to all of you who have offered help for this event. The focal point will be the Easter Cross which will be on the forecourt but this time dressed with red and white poppies made by Junior Church members. We will also have a “Prayer Wall” inside the chapel and some tea lights so that visitors may write a message or thought (not necessarily a prayer) and/or light a candle of memory.

The soup and sweet lunch raised a total of £175 for chapel funds. Thank you to all concerned, who worked so hard and gave everyone a lovely time of fellowship with excellent food.
