The service on Sunday morning was led by Chris Smith with the theme I AM. Members of the congregation read verses from the Bible starting I Am – the many things Jesus was.
Chris said that we could all be called by different names, or nicknames, but we were the same person, as Jesus was.
The hymns were sung in a cluster of five, then two and then the final one, and in between Chris read a story about a man called Jo; played a song and gave his sermon. The organist was Margaret Bilkey.
After the service coffee was served in the Wesley Hall.
In the evening members of the congregation joined the Harvest of the Sea at Porthleven Chapel.
