PRIMARY SCHOOL: Thanks to all parents and carers for their support for Children in Need. The children looked great dressed in their spots. The school managed to raise approximately £50. The next dates of the meetings of the Friends are Monday, November 24 at 9am and Monday, December 8 at 9am. It would be great to see some more people there as the Christmas fair and entertainment evening will be discussed and the more helpers the better.

The school are going to be having a Rag Bag bin in the car park to help to continue to raise money, whilst at the same time getting rid of unwanted clothing. Therefore we are going to have a Topsy Turvy Day on Friday. Any children who would like to participate can arrive at school with some additional layers of clothing over their school uniform. The additional layers will be removed and placed into the new Rag Bag Bin.

A huge thank you to the Duke of Leeds Pub and all who contributed to the Harvest auction. A donation of £255 was presented to the school ont Friday. This will help the school to purchase a trolley to use their Hudls around school.
