The eucharist service on Sunday was celebrated by the Rector, the Rev Lesley Walker. As this was Bible Sunday the sermon was a whistle stop tour of the history and incredible variety within this library of books published as one, and printed more than any other. The Bible is a grounding for a relationship with God and is there to be read, not just to look at on a shelf. Lessons were read by Wendy Bailey and the Rector.

There will be no service next Sunday as we will be joining the Methodists who are holding their service at Mawgan Recreation Hall at 11am.

On Saturday, November 10 there will be a coffee morning at the Vyvyan Coach House, by the church, at 10.30am. The service on Sunday November 11, Remembrance Sunday, at 9.30am will be a eucharist celebrated by the Rev Len Jepp, followed by a service of Remembrance at Mawgan War Memorial at 10.50am.
