BALWEST METHODIST CHURCH: The morning service on Sunday was led by Ann Moyle of Helston. Accompanist was Jill Warden, flowers were given and arranged by Olga and Lorraine Varker.
On Sunday we hope that as many that are able will meet at the Germoe Parish War Memorial on Tregonning Hill for a short service of Remembrance at 11am. The service will be concluded in the chapel.
ASHTON CHURCH: The celebrant at the service of holy communion on All Saints’ Day was the Rev Canon Michael Porteus. Bevan Osborne read the epistle; the gospel was read by Canon Michael.
The evening service was led by the Rev Dr Peter Johnson; Malcolm Hersee and Father Peter were the readers and organist was Margaret Goldsworthy.
Evensong will be held at 4pm on Sunday.
TREGONNING HILL: On Monday there will be an Armistice Day service at the Germoe Parish War Memorial on Tregonning Hill at 10.45am.
