ST CORENTIN CHURCH: A superb afternoon was held at Penvores Farm, Cury last week when John and Mo Russell very kindly held a Ploughman’s Lunch with some mouth watering puddings to raise funds for the church tower fund. Approximately 80 people attended and raised £500. A skittle match to find the Cury Champion of 2013 was won by Judy Timmis, who was presented with her rosette by Mo. Many thanks go to everyone who helped to make the afternoon such a huge success and especially to John and Mo..
