Sunday's service for the third Sunday of Epiphany was taken by the Ven Bill Stuart-White, Archdeacon of Cornwall.
The first lesson and the Psalm were read by Francoise Zieman and the second lesson by Yvonne Bellinger. Andrew Woods was the organist.
This week's services will be on Thursday at 10am (holy eucharist with Canon Malcolm Ellis as celebrant) and Sunday (Candlemas) at 9.30am (solemn eucharist and blessing of candles with the Rev John Fox as celebrant) and 6pm (solemn evensong and benediction with Canon Malcolm Ellis as celebrant). Choir practice will be on Wednesday at 7.15pm.
St Bart's is holding an 'end of season' sale in church on Thursday, from 10.30am. Various stalls, refreshments, etc.
Anyone wishing to join the St Bart's 50/50 club is asked to contact Maureen Williams before the end of January.
