Many of the church family visited the Circuit Exhibition in Helston Chapel on Saturday and were involved in preparing Trewennack’s display and in presenting an Open The Book drama.
Sunday morning worship was conducted by Sid Harris, the Circuit youth worker, with the theme of, We are all in this together.
Sid involved the congregation in preparing prayers of praise and in quoting passages of scripture which had inspired them.
Prayers of intercession were written on drawings of our hands and then placed around the chapel to be read.
Maureen Hayward read from 1 Peter, chapter 2 which reminded us that we are a chosen people.
David Wingham was the pianist and his sons, Andy and Tim, played cornet and guitar. Richard Curnow operated the computer and projector.
