Pastor Bill Reed was our preacher on Sunday with Janet playing the organ. Pat Johns supplied the flowers which were given to one of our community members who has been in hospital.
At the end of the service we all enjoyed partaking of the holy communion. Our service was almost void of children as most went to Trewennack to take part in the pet service which was held in the show marquee, with the Rev Steve Swan leading, but Jacob Tripconey was present and had Happy Birthday sung to celebrate his birthday next Saturday.
On August 16 from 2pm to 5pm Pauline and Bill Reed are holding a garden party at their home at Turnpike. They will be pleased to welcome visitors to come and share a cream tea with the folk at Trinity.
