A biker is in hospital with serious injuries after a crash at Blackwater.
Police are appealing for witnesses following the crash involving a white Ford Transit van and a black Harley Davison at 2pm on Thursday, (September 11) in North Hill, Blackwater, near Truro.
The motorcycle rider, a 52 yr old local man, was taken to Treliske Hospital with serious injuries.
He was later transferred by air ambulance to Derriford Hospital in Plymouth where his condition is described at this time as serious, possibly life-threatening.
The road was closed for seven and a half hours while investigators attended and examined the scene.
