Police, ambulance paramedics and firefighters were called to the A390 at Hewas Water this morning after a crash left a car on its side.
Two appliances from St Austell and one appliance from St Dennis Fire Station attended just before 11am.
A spokesman for the fire service said that there were three casualties involved and the crew used crash rescue equipment to release one casualty.
The other two were released prior to firefighters arriving.
The casualties were left in the care of paramedics.
The fire service made the scene safe and left the incident with police officers.
