Truro public attempt to tackle wheelie bin blaze
Members of the public attempted to put out a wheelie bin fire in Truro with fire extinguishers yesterday before firefighters turned up.
Five firefighters from Newquay were called to the blaze in Quay Street at around 3.40pm.
On arrival they used one hose reel to put flames out.
