Detectives investigating a burglary at a property near Truro have released pictures of some of the stolen items in the hope someone knows where they are.

Thieves entered the house in Idless, after forcing a door open, sometime between 8.30am and 12.40pm on Wednesday 5 November 2014.

A large quantity of jewellery was stolen from within the property including a platinum diamond solitaire ring and a diamond cluster ring (pictured).

Detective Constable Matthew Cobb, based in Truro, said: “We are keen to speak to anyone who knows where the stolen property is, has been offered the rings for sale, or saw anyone acting suspiciously in the area at the time of the burglary.

“We would also like to hear from residents in the village who have CCTV as this may be able to assist with the investigation.”

Anyone with information is asked to call police on 101 quoting CR/120105/14, or alternatively call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 55 111.
