Curtains on fire at a Newquay house led to a call out for two fire engines on Friday evening.
Crews from Newquay Community Fire Station were called to the incident involving lounge curtains in a two storey terraced house in the Tretherras area at around 9pm.
A fir service spokesperson said the fire appeared to be out on crews' arrival, but a thermal imaging camera and small gear was used to check, and added that it was "accidental and confined."
