Police are searching for thieves who stole almost £1,500 worth of tools from a van at Perranporth at the weekend.
The robbers smashed the window of a white Citroen Berlingo van parked in Boscawen Road at around 4am on Saturday, May 30, allowing them to get inside and take power tools including an £800 Paslode nail gun, a Stihl disc cutter valued at £500 and a Dewalt CB radio worth £150.
Police are appealing for anyone who saw any suspicious vehicle or individual in the area at the time of the offence, or who has been offered any of the items for sale, to contact them on 101, quoting crime reference CR/037386/15.
