An 80 year old woman escaped unhurt after her car crashed through a shop window on King Street in Truro yesterday afternoon.
A fire crew from Truro and the rescue tender from Tolvaddon were sent to the Fone Care shop in the city centre at around midday.
Crews found a gold Nissan Micra had collided with the shop, but no people were trapped, and small tools were used to make the vehicle safe.
The driver was left in the care of the ambulance service.
