Two arrested following Truro burglary
Two men have been arrested on suspicion of assault and aggravated burglary following an incident in Truro on Wednesday night.
Police are investigating an aggravated burglary at a residential address on Mitchell Hill, which was broken into between 8.55pm and 9.10pm
The offenders smashed the front door and stole a safe containing money.
Two local men aged 27 and 28 have been arrested released on bail until October 22.
Police are appealing for any witnesses or anyone who has any information regarding the incident to contact them on 101 or 101@devonandcornwall.pnn.police.uk quoting crime reference CR/058133/15 or alternatively call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
