Retired local solicitor and former Deputy District Judge, Max Braga has taken office as president of the Rotary Club of Truro Boscawen.
Max and his wife Jenny live near Zelah and are very well known in operatic circles. Both perform regularly with Truro Choral Society, of which Max is vice president. He is also a principal with Kenwin Barton Gilbert and Sullivan Singers.
Max is a trustee of Truro Food Bank and has fostered strong links between it and the Rotary club. He is looking forward to his year of office and very much hopes to encourage more people to join Rotary.
