Traffic easing following earlier accident chaos near Kea
Both lanes have reopened on the road near Kea this evening following an earlier crash that left long delays in that area.
Traffic was at a standstill on the A39 between Carnon Downs and Truro when a collision took place between two vehicles at rush hour.
It partially blocked the road between the Holywell Road and Mill Lane junctions ,with traffic said to be backed up from Arch Hill at Truro to the Carnon Downs roundabout.
Congestion is now easing again though, following the clearing of both lanes.
